- Standard Nuclear has officially submitted a Form S-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission to become a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange

- Standard Nuclear produces advanced TRISO nuclear fuel and is widely considered to be the only independent and reactor-agnostic TRISO fuel developer that is currently operating in the United States of America
