HeartSciences is pursuing a business combination with Fortitude Mining Holdings, expected to close in Q4 2026, after which the combined company is expected to operate under the Fortitude brand. Fortitude is a vertically integrated digital asset mining company anchored in Zcash and operating across the Proof-of-Work ecosystem. Its operating model combines self-mining, hardware procurement, owned data centers, power infrastructure, equipment maintenance, and internal R&D. Fortitude operates more than 60 MW of power capacity across seven U.S. sites and is expanding its Zcash mining fleet with 9,000 additional miners. Its strategic focus centers on scaling Zcash mining and identifying additional Proof-of-Work mining opportunities.
